Welcome to Lumira. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Lumira provides personalized astrology, horoscopes, tarot, compatibility, transits and related guidance, generated with the help of AI.

2. For entertainment & reflection only

Lumira is intended for entertainment and personal reflection. It does not provide professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other advice, and it is not a substitute for it. Do not rely on Lumira to make important decisions. If you need professional help, please consult a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

3. AI-generated content

Readings are created automatically by AI and astronomical calculations. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent, and are provided “as is”. Lumira makes no guarantee about the accuracy or outcome of any reading.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Lumira offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly or yearly), billed through your Apple ID at the price shown at purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Payments are handled by Apple; refunds are subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: no reverse-engineering, no automated or bulk access, no attempts to disrupt or overload our services, and no use that violates the law or the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The Lumira app, its design, artwork and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumira and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the app.

8. Termination

You may stop using Lumira at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end the service, or these Terms, if you breach them or if we discontinue the app.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country apply.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
